PLYMOUTH business owners say day-to-day parking has been impacted in Crownhill village as the council carries out some updates in Alexandra Road car park.
The short stay car park on Alexandra Road supports shops and local businesses in the surrounding area of Crownhill village. People can park for up to three hours for free, which locals say is “normally great”.
