Fisherman dies as boat capsizes

A fisherman lost his life after the fibre boat in which he was travelling capsized at Azhithala estuary in Vadakara Sand Banks on Saturday early morning.

The deceased is Abubacker, 62, a resident of Kuyyan house near Vadakara Sand Banks. His companion, Ibrahim, who was also on board, managed to escape.
