As we limp back from the battering of Covid, many labels of leadership competencies are being replaced by more relevant one.

Conversations with senior leaders around ‘leadership competencies’ that have now become super-critical, keep coming back to a redefinition of ‘leadership courage’. Opinions tend to get very polarised with some relatively hardline old-world executives, voting for something that can be labelled as ‘revenge management’.
