Any white-fleshed salt water fish (snapper, mahi mahi, cod, etc) Snapper - 1 ea

Self-rising fl - 1½ cups

Cornstarch - 2½ TBLSP

Beer (I use Modelo) - 1-2 ea

Pickled red onions - Garnish

Fresno C - 4-6 ea Garnish

Salt - To taste

Pepper - To taste

Cayenne pepper - To taste

Garlic powder - To taste

Tortillas - 1 ea

Sour cream - Garnish

Cabbage Slaw

Cabbage - ¼ Wedge

Mango - 1 ea

Jicama - ½ ea

Salt & pepper - To taste

Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp
