The festive season kicked off at Tanah Merah Country Club when festivities lit up the club at the much-anticipated Christmas Golf Challenge & Festive Light-Up 2024.
This year's event attracted over 150 members and invited guests for a day of golf, laughter, and holiday cheer at the Tampines Course. Even the weather compromised for a perfect round of golf with clear skies and bright sunshine setting the stage for a day of fun on the course.
While the sun may have been a little too enthusiastic at times, it didn't dampen the spirits of those participating. Members eagerly embraced the opportunity to play, with the fun of the game taking centre stage.
The Christmas Golf Challenge was played in the Stableford Double Peoria format, and the competition was fierce. Mr Dow Kwon emerged victorious in the Men's Category, bagging an impressive 37 points, while Ms Dion Lim claimed top honours in the Ladies' Category with 35 points. With a large field of 30 flights, both categories saw thrilling battles for the podium spots.
