From enjoying business kudos to a happy home life, Woman looks at how Victoria Beckham is loving her latest era

'I am comfortable with WHO I AM'

From her Posh Spice days, to matching outfits with husband David, and then her overhaul as a stony-faced front-row regular,  Victoria Beckham has been through many transformations over the years. But now, the star finally seems content. ‘I am comfortable with who I am, I accept how I look, I make the best of what I have,’ Victoria recently revealed, adding, ‘I feel, professionally and personally, really accomplished at 49.’

Not only do we see her smile more often, she’s happy to share snippets of her life at home in London and the Cotswolds with David, 48, as well as updates with her children, Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 20, Cruz, 18, and 11-year-old Harper. So what exactly is Victoria’s secret to happiness?

Career success

Victoria’s eponymous luxury clothing brand has often been plagued by stories of it being in debt. However, last year it finally made a profit, with revenues up 42% to around £58m. And while rumours of a Spice Girls reunion swirl every few months, Victoria seems set on never returning to her pop-star roots. The mum-of-four has admitted, ‘This [beauty] is what I do every single day. I split my time between the fashion and the beauty. I’m not a singer. I’m not doing anything else. This and fashion are my job.’

ASK US ANYTHING

I'm single, and for ages I've had difficulty around sex with new partners. At first, I was just uncomfortable with penetration, but now it's painful, and I sometimes bleed. My best friend has been really great, encouraging me to relax and try different positions. But none of that's helping, and now she's saying I should see a doctor. But do I really need to? I'd rather sort this out for myself.
