Presenter, TV judge, fitness guru and mum of three Davina McCall, 56, has been on our TV screens for over 30 years, but how well do you know her?

1 Colour

Red, but thanks to Trinny Woodall it’s now red with bright pink. I love the colour clash. Like, a big red coat with a bright pink jumper and red trousers? Amazing. 

2 Holiday destination 

I feel so lucky to be in Europe and near so many amazing places. I love the south of France and Ibiza. I love Italy and I’m going to Sicily next year with my family and my sister’s family from Australia. I’d love to explore Sicily more, and Sardinia. I haven’t been to Corsica and I’d love to go there, and I also want to go to Lisbon. I basically want to do a lot more travelling in Europe.

3 TV SHOW

Am I allowed to say one of my own? My Mum, Your Dad. I love energy, but there’s something even more special about midlife love. I’ve also started binge-watching Friends again. I’d forgotten how hilarious it is.

4 Meal

A salmon miso ramen that I make at home. It’s delicious and healthy.
