മലയാള സിനിമാഗാന ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഭാഷയുടെയും സംസ്‌കൃതിയുടെയും നവഭാവതലം സൃഷ്ടിച്ച അതുല്യ ഗായകനാണ് ഈയിടെ അന്തരിച്ച പി. ജയചന്ദ്രന്‍. ജയചന്ദ്രനുമായി വ്യക്തിപരമായ അടുപ്പം പുലര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്ന ഗായകനും സംഗീത സംവിധായകനും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായ വി.ടി മുരളി ജയചന്ദ്രന്‍ ശൈലിയുടെ മഹത്വത്തെ വിലയിരുത്തുന്നു.

എം.ടിയുടെ വിയോഗം ചന്ദ്രികയ്ക്കും മുസ്‌ലിംലീഗിനും അപരിഹാര്യ നഷ്ടമാണ്. വിശ്വസാഹിത്യലോകത്ത് ശ്രദ്ധേയ വ്യക്തിയായിരുന്ന എം.ടിക്ക് ആദ്യമായി പ്രതിഫലം നല്‍കിയത് ചന്ദ്രിക ആഴ്ചപ്പതിപ്പാണ്. ഒരു കുടുംബാംഗം എന്ന നിലയിലാണ് ചന്ദ്രികയെ അദ്ദേഹം ചേര്‍ത്തുനിര്‍ത്തിയത്. 2024 ഡിസംബര്‍ 25ന് അന്തരിച്ച എം.ടിയെ ചന്ദ്രിക മാനേജിംഗ് ഡയറക്ടറും മുസ്‌ലിം ലീഗ് സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റുമായ പാണക്കാട് സയ്യിദ് സാദിഖലി ശിഹാബ് തങ്ങള്‍ അനുസ്മരിക്കുന്നു.

തബലയില്‍ മാന്ത്രിക വിരലുകളാല്‍ നാദവിസ്മയം തീര്‍ത്ത് ഇതിഹാസം രചിച്ച സാക്കിര്‍ ഹുസൈന്‍ യാത്രയായി. ആര്‍ക്കും കഴിയാത്ത അതിശയകരമായ താളലയംകൊണ്ട് പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തുംഗതയില്‍ തന്റേത് മാത്രമായ ഒരനശ്വര ലോകം സൃഷ്ടിച്ച പ്രതിഭാശാലിക്ക് ശ്രദ്ധാഞ്ജലി നേരുന്നു തബലവാദകന്‍കൂടിയായ ലേഖകന്‍.

സംസ്ഥാന സ്‌കൂള്‍ കലോത്സവത്തില്‍ അഞ്ചു ഗോത്ര കലകള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ ഗോത്രനൃത്ത പരിശീലകനായും വിധികര്‍ത്താവായും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നു ഭരതന്‍ പി.അശോക്. ഈ അനുഭവത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും ഗോത്രനൃത്തത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും എഴുതുകയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം.

സുപ്രീംകോടതി 2019ലാണ് അയോധ്യയിലെ ബാബറി മസ്ജിദ് വിധി പ്രസ്താവിച്ചത്. അന്നത്തെ ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് രഞ്ജന്‍ ഗൊഗോയിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലെ ബെഞ്ചിന്റേതായിരുന്നു വിധി. ആ വിധി എഴുതി തയ്യാറാക്കിയത് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഡി.വൈ.ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ് ആണെന്ന് ഏറെക്കുറെ ഇന്ന് വ്യക്തമാണ്. വിധി തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതില്‍ ദൈവത്തിനും പങ്കുണ്ടെന്ന് ഈയിടെ ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ് തന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ അത് ഏറെ വിവാദമാണുണ്ടാക്കിയത്. അദ്ദേഹം സംഘപരിവാറിന്റെ കളിപ്പാവയായി മാറിയോ എന്ന് പലരും സംശയമുന്നയിച്ചു. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ മുസ്‌ലിംകളടക്കം മതന്യൂനപക്ഷങ്ങളും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഭീഷണി നേരിടുമ്പോള്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകനും ദ ടെലഗ്രാഫ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ എഡിറ്റര്‍ അറ്റ്‌ലാര്‍ജുമായ ആര്‍.രാജഗോപാല്‍ നിരീക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കുവെക്കുന്നു.

ആദിവാസി ജനതയുടെ ജീവിതത്തോട് ഇഴുകിച്ചേര്‍ന്ന് അവരുടെ സ്വപ്നങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ നിറംനല്‍കിയ ജനകീയ സാംസ്‌കാരിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായിരുന്നു കെ.ജെ ബേബി. കേരളം ശീലിച്ചുവന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സമ്പ്രദായത്തിന് ബദലന്വേഷണവുമായി ആദിവാസിക്കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പുതിയ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പദ്ധതിയുമായാണ് ബേബി വയനാട്ടില്‍ 'കനവ്' ആരംഭിച്ചത്. പിന്നീട് കനവ് വളര്‍ന്നു. ഒടുവില്‍ ആദിവാസിക്കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് തന്നെ കനവ് വിട്ടുകൊടുത്ത് ബേബി മറ്റന്വേഷണങ്ങളില്‍ മുഴുകി. അതിനിടെ ആകസ്മികമായാണ് അദ്ദേഹം 2024 സെപ്തംബര്‍ 1ന് ജീവിതത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് സ്വയം പടിയിറങ്ങിപ്പോയത്. ബേബിയുടെ ജീവിതയാത്ര അനുസ്മരിക്കുകയാണ് മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായ ലേഖകന്‍. 

ആദ്യമായി എഴുതാന്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച പേനയും അതിന്റെ എഴുത്തനുഭവവും ഇളനീര്‍ മധുരത്തിന്റെ ഓര്‍മയാണ്. പേനകള്‍ക്ക് നീണ്ട സേവനത്തിന്റെ നിറവാര്‍ന്ന കഥകള്‍ പറയാനുണ്ടാകും. സ്വപ്നങ്ങളും ഭാവനകളും ദു:ഖഭാരവും പ്രണയവുമെല്ലാം വാര്‍ന്നുവീണത് ആരിലൂടെയാണെന്ന് നമുക്കറിയാം. കല്ലുപെന്‍സിലില്‍നിന്നും തുടങ്ങുന്ന പേനയുടെ സവിശേഷമായ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളെയും വികാരങ്ങളെയും ആത്മാവില്‍ ചേര്‍ത്തുനിര്‍ത്തുന്ന അതിമനോഹരമായ ആഖ്യാനത്തിന് നാന്ദി കുറിക്കുകയാണ് കഥാകാരനും നോവലിസ്റ്റുമായ ലേഖകന്‍.
