THE BUZZ Since opening its doors in 2014, Italian-Japanese establishment Ristorante Takada has been quietly accumulating fans, who flock to this cosy outfit at Alexis Apartments along Alexandra Road, for the exciting Italian and Japanese fusion masterpieces created by chef-owner Masahiro Takada. With several decades of experience working in both Japan and Italy including Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Takada marries both cuisines in novel and exciting ways as seen in his creations.
Offering two degustation menus priced at S$88 and S$128 respectively, as well as an omakase menu (S$250), all three options feature an array of unique Italian-Japanese fusion dishes created with fresh, seasonal produce, sourced from specific regions in Japan and Europe.
