Anti-inflammatory diets target chronic inflammation in your body, a state that has been linked to joint pain, heart disease and mentalhealth issues. These diets usually focus on eating plants, which contain inflammation-fighting antioxidants and fish, for their omega-3 fatty acids. But a new version from integrativemedicine guru Dr. Andrew Weil, takes the diet's prescriptions a step further. Here's his breakdown of its daily calories into nutrient targets.
