With its soft, spongy texture and a burst of sugary syrup, the Rosogolla had become a symbol of comfort and pure joy. Little did Mr. Das know, that the world was about to discover the magic that lay within his humble sweet shop, forever altering the fate of his cherished creation. Journalist Debjani Aich writes about the celebrity sweet delicacy called Rosogolla!
