Start slow
If you haven't been exercising regularly, be sure to gradually ease your way into it. Consult with your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns. Before any physical exercise, remember to stretch! Gentle stretching will improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury.
Biking
For a top-notch cardio workout, give biking a go. A cruise around your neighborhood and beyond can boost heart and lung health, increase muscle strength, improve coordination and decrease stress levels. Better yet, it's low impact, and easy on your knees and ankles.
Dancing
