THE family of a 22-year-old woman who died in a city centre hotel while in supported living have launched an appeal for help with funeral expenses.

Paige Bartram was just 22 years old when she was found at the OYO hotel in New George Street in Plymouth’s city centre on April 22.

Her cause of death is unknown at this time, although her mother Vicky said Paige did suffer from epilepsy.

A coronial investigation is currently underway but Paige’s family have been told it may be up to four months before her body can be returned to them.

Paige’s sister, Ellie recently took to the gofundme site in an effort to raise funds for the forthcoming funeral, writing on behalf of her mother. She wrote: “Paige Bartram was 22 years old and had so much to live for and to experience. Losing and out-living your child is a nightmare no parent would wish upon another.
