However, as a father of two daughters, it is equally important to take time, strengthen my bond with them, and share valuable life lessons from my own experiences.

I am an entrepreneur and run my own tech startup in Pune. I am a family man passionate about my work, but my priorities are clear. My daughters are my biggest strength, and I ensure that they always feel loved and supported.

My daughters, Anviti (12) and Anvesha (9) are young independent girls who understand that spending time with family is essential for their emotional well-being and helps them stay grounded and focused.

One of the ways I strengthen my bond with my daughters is by involving them in my work. This involvement could be as simple as researching a topic, brainstorming, or taking feedback on a design.

I've had my fair share of ups and downs in my entrepreneurial journey, and my daughters are learning from my successes and failures. My daughters have seen firsthand, how diligence, dedication, and passion are critical to a career. I tell them stories of how I have faced business setbacks and persevered through those tough times. I want my daughters to understand that failure is not the end but a stepping stone to success.
