TWO DECADES AGO, when the British artist Jason deCaires Taylor was considering where to install 75 sculptures in Molinere Bay, on the western coast of Grenada, he chose an unusual location: the seafloor. The bay’s once-thriving reef had been wiped out by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and “all the corals had been decimated,” deCaires Taylor recalls.
