SERVES 12 PREP 20 MINS COOK 1 HOUR 10 MINS

1 Combine honey, ginger beer, marmalade, mustard, garlic and thyme in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly (see Tip). Remove from heat, then set aside to cool.
