Dogs cry tears of joy when reunited with their humans!

If you have a pet, you know there's no better feeling than getting to hug them for the first time after a long vacation or time away. Well, now experts are saying that dogs feel just as much joy as you do in those moments. In fact, after reuniting with their humans, dogs' eyes well up with tears! These tears are not from sadness, but from happiness. Experts believe that their joyful tears are caused by a hormone that is released when dogs feel very happy, and nothing makes them happier than seeing their favorite people!

Beavers are helping with climate change!

We can thank beavers for doing their part to keep our planet healthy! After being moved to a river in Washington, 69 beavers have begun to make serious changes in the environment. The beavers built 14 dams. Thanks to that work, the area has more water, and the water has gotten cooler. Why is this important? The extra water helps prevent fires and droughts, and the cooler water helps keep the salmon that live in the water alive!
