The past two years have seen a significant increase in online doctor consultations due to the rise of telemedicine. According to Lybrate, online medical consultations in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, such as Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow, saw a growth of 87 percent, while metros experienced a 75 percent increase in the same time frame.
