Cherry Clafloutis

SERVES 6 PREP & COOK 1 HOUR

1 Lightly grease a 23cm round ovenproof pie dish (412-cup capacity).

2 Scatter 2/3 of the cherries over base of dish. Whisk cream with eggs, sugar and flour in a large jug until smooth. Pour over cherries.

3 Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for 15 minutes, scatter remaining cherries on top. Cook for a further 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and just firm in centre. Cool.

4 Serve with ice-cream (optional).

1 Place a cookie in 10 holes of 2 x 6-hole silicone muffin pans (1/2-cup capacity). Place on an oven tray.
