I have never been big on putting in endless hours of practice, but this time I have been clocking it up and I feel it's paying off.
In fact, I would say it's the most practice hours I have put in before a Worlds since 2007. I am definitely seeing the benefits with the amount of 180s and finishes that I have been hitting this week. I just hope the good form I feel I am in now enables me to unlock my true potential.
