British pro Keith Mernickle struggles to 27th place at the Cyclo-cross World Championships in Luxembourg. Mernickle had been on form earlier in the month, taking the win at the last big domestic cross race of the season around Whippendell Wood near Watford, but he was no match for the likes of Erik De Vlaeminck in the Worlds race.
