अयोध्या में राम मंदिर बनने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। अयोध्या मामले में ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गगोई की अध्यक्षता में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच जजों की संविधान पीठ ने एकमत से विवादित ढांचे की जमीन रामलला को सौंपने का आदेश दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रामलला विराजमान को मालिकाना हक दिया और माना कि देवता एक कानूनी व्यक्ति हैं। संविधान पीठ ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि 2.77 एकड़ की विवादित भूमि का अधिकार रामलला विराजमान को सौंप दिया जाए, जो इस मामले में एक वादकारी हैं। साथ ही, देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत ने केंद्र सरकार से तीन महीने के भीतर मंदिर निर्माण के लिए एक ट्रस्ट गठित करने को कहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह आदेश भी दिया है कि मस्जिद के लिए केंद्र या राज्य सरकार अयोध्या में ही किसी दूसरी प्रॉमिनेंट जगह पर पांच एकड़ जमीन दे।
