Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon
Last year, Lenovo's Yoga Slim 7i Carbon won Best Ultraportable Notebook in our Tech Awards. This is the Yoga Slim 7 Carbon. Yes, there's no "i". Anyhow, the important thing to know is that this is their latest flagship ultraportable.
Intel NUC 11 Extreme Kit - A Big Little Beast
As a PC enthusiast, building my own gaming rig is as much a right of passage as it is a labour of love. Watching all your handpicked components come to life in a kaleidoscope of RGB illuminations is a tech geek’s moment of satisfaction.
Logitech G435 Lightspeed - Light, Fun, And Surprisingly Good
I didn’t have high expectations for the Logitech G435. Billed as a lightweight, stylish headset that works with a wide range of devices, the G435 didn’t do a lot to inspire confidence at first. My review unit came in a bright blue and raspberry colourway, which looks more like a child’s toy than a quality gaming headset.
Razer Basilisk V3: A Mouse That Wants To Do It All
The first Basilisk was billed as a mouse for FPS gamers. Two generations later, it has evolved into something a bit different. It still retains its signature thumb paddle, but Razer is now pushing the Basilisk V3 as a mouse built around deep customisation. With up to 11 programmable buttons, including the paddle, a smarter scroll wheel, and 11 different Razer Chroma RGB lighting zones, there’s plenty to tweak and play with.
The End Of WFH: How Zoom-ed Out Are You After Two Years?
We’ve been living in a world of Covid-19 for almost two years now. During this time, the nature of work as we knew it changed. Where face-to-face client and colleague meetings, and business travel used to be the norm, video conferencing apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams are the new way we communicate.
Apple Airpods (3rd Generation) - Almost A Pro
The new third-generation AirPods comes in a new lightweight and contoured design that features a stem 33-percent shorter than previous AirPods. It’s really easy to mistake them for AirPods Pro at a glance, but third-gen AirPods still do not have the in-ear silicone bud design.

5 More Thoughts On The iPhone 13 Pro And Pro Max
For the past three weeks, I have been switching between the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max to see if I can uncover more things about them that I didn’t in my review. Specifically, I wanted to find out what battery life is really like in more typical day-to-day use and if there’s anything to the cameras that I might have missed out on in my initial testing. And while I did discover some new things, the findings in my review still stand and I still think the new iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max are fantastic phones. They may not have any ground-breaking new features but they are probably better than you may think.
Lightweight comfort - MOUNTAIN MAK ALU 67
Mountain is a relatively new player in the gaming peripherals space, but if the Makalu 67 is anything to go by, you can probably expect a lot more from this upstart firm. You’ve got to hand it to these guys – the gaming mouse space grows more saturated by the day, but they’ve managed to create something that feels unique enough to stand on its own.
INTEL CORE I9-11900K - A disappointing finale for 14nm
Intel’s position as the leading chip manufacturer had relied on a clearly defined tick-tock model, where every microarchitecture change (tock) was followed by a die shrink of the process technology (tick). This has worked for them reliably all the way from 65nm to 14nm. Then came 10nm, and Intel just could not find a way to scale its 10nm node effectively – forcing them to go back to 14nm while focusing on architectural upgrades so as to be able to deliver performance gains with every new launch (since the 5th Gen Broadwell way back in 2014)

Darryl Long On Changes To Workplace Culture And Practices
Be it Riot Games, Ubisoft, or Activision Blizzard, it’s quite unfortunate that so many game companies have found themselves caught in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons recently. Allegations of sexual misconduct, corporate harassment, discriminatory practices, nepotism, and the like have come pouring in from across the industry, leaving a festering, toxic stain on what was once considered to be a truly vibrant and promising field.
Free Guy Is A Movie That's Less About Video Games And More About Empathy And Human Connections
Free guy is an action comedy about an ordinary person living in a chaotic world – not knowing that his reality is a fortnite-like video game.
