While this tool helps cater to customers with least turnaround time, companies have realised the need to engage with their internal customers too. HR solutions must focus on employee engagement, increasing productivity, encouraging innovation, coaching, and creating feedback mechanisms to measure performance, and make way for learning and progress of the employees.

Business has risen to the fact that the more you engage your people and connect with them, the more strengths you can derive out of them. Employee insights could be gathered after any activity or event, based on which proactive steps can be taken.
