The Maharashtra government has appointed Dr Mahendra Kalyankar as the new CEO of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Mumbai, replacing Satish Lokhande. Dr Kalyankar was Konkan Divisional Commissioner. He is a 2007 batch IAS officer.
