New Delhi: New Delhi Municipal Council opened the first toilet complex in the city for the third gender opposite Shastri Bhawan on Monday and plans to build more such complexes. The facility developed near the Press Club of India parking under the Swachh Bharat Mission was inaugurated by members of the transgender community in the presence of NDMC chairman Dharmendra.
