Ingredients

For Thandai Mousse:

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup thandai powder (blend of almonds, pistachios, cardamom, fennel seeds, and saffron)

1 teaspoon gelatin powder

2 tablespoons warm water

A pinch of saffron strands (optional, for garnish)

For Thandai Syrup:

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sugar 

2 tablespoons thandai powder

For Cups:

Mini phyllo pastry cups or chocolate cups (store-bought or homemade)
