Court notice to ED on AAP MP bail plea

A Delhi court on Tuesday sought a reply from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the bail application moved by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) parliamentarian Sanjay Singh in the case registered related to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy. Special judge MK Nagpal issued notice to the federal agency and listed the matter for hearing on December 6.
