FORGOTTEN man Goncalo Guedes gave boss Gary O'Neil a massive reminder that he might be able to rescue his Wolves career.

The Portugal striker has had a torrid time at Molineux since his £27million move from Valencia more than two years ago.

He has been farmed out on loan to Benfica and Villarreal and this was only his 13th start for the club.

But he rose to the occasion with a crucial double to ease Wolves into the next round.
