GUS LORD'S IT... AGAIN

GUS ATKINSON was on fire at Lord's again as England's new golden all-rounder helped wrap up a stunning series victory over Sri Lanka.

The 26-year-old bridged a 40-year gap to join an elite club of England players to score a century and take a five-fer in the same Test.

Only Tony Greig and Sir Ian Botham (five times) managed that feat. The last time was Beefy against New Zealand in 1984.

He put the finishing touches to a 190-run victory in the Second Test with 5-62 to bowl the tourists out for 292.

And in doing so he stole the Player of the Match award from Joe Root, who had scored backto-back centuries.
