A MUM who caught Lucy Letby murdering her tiny son says that night continues to "play through her mind like a film".
She said her naturally conceived twin boys - Child E and F - were a miracle after IVF failed.
But the pair, born seven weeks early, were attacked by Letby in August 2015. She killed one and left the other with learning difficulties.
The mum said Letby had seemed kind until she found her "shuffling some paperwork" while the infant screamed and bled from his mouth.
It came as the Thirlwall Inquiry heard from a father whose daughter was left blind and unable to walk, talk or swallow after the nurse tried to kill her by force-feeding her milk.
