DRIVERS are being urged not to fill up at motorway services as petrol stations are failing to pass on a cut in fuel duty.

Petrol falls 4p but M-way prices stay pumped up

The average pump price for petrol fell from 145.3p a litre in mid July to 141.4p this week. This comes after a more than 5p a litre fall in petrol's wholesale cost since late July.
