Union boss: Docs' deal on pay will be divisive

THE 22% pay offer for junior doctors could lead to disputes with other NHS staff, Unite union has warned.

General secretary Sharon Graham, said while medics fully deserved the money it would prove divisive as most workers will get a 5.5% rise.

The junior doctor offer by Health Secretary Wes Streeting amounts to a partial clawback of years of lost pay.
