HEUNG-MIN SON has urged his Tottenham team-mates to pull together to drive the club out of the “dark tunnel” that has threatened to wreck their season.

Although Spurs’ miserable Champions League exit to AC Milan marked 15 years without silverware, there is optimism a fourth-placed finish ahead of Liverpool and Newcastle would represent some form of success.

Qualification would also enable Antonio Conte to depart on a relatively credible note given his roller-coaster tenure recently showed signs of turning sour when he jokingly declared that he could be sacked before the expiry of his contract.
