EDDIE HOWE has admitted he suffers "dad guilt" because he is so devoted to managing Newcastle.
The head coach has three young sons including Harry and Rocky, who he loves to coach in his back garden in Northumberland.
But Howe, who leaves home at 6am and does an 11-hour shift, says he has to "maximise" his time with his kids, who don't get the benefits of his "cool" job as Toon boss, and wife Vicki.
Howe has led Newcastle to seventh place so far this season, with room for performances to improve, and has opened up on the demands of the job.
