LEWIS HAMILTON led calls for rule changes as he claimed Max Verstappen has been getting away with using "grey areas" within the regulations.
Seven-time champion Hamilton is one of several top racers advocating for changes after the controversial penalty handed to Lando Norris in Austin last weekend.
The McLaren driver received a time penalty for overtaking his title rival by going off track.
The stewards correctly applied the wording of the rules but many felt Verstappen should also have been penalised for pushing Norris off the circuit.
McLaren have petitioned the FIA to review the punishment given to Norris, which meant he lost ground to Verstappen in his title chase.
