Filthy water firm fined 18 times in 10 years

THE water firm responsible for a diarrhoea outbreak has been fined 18 times for 10 years of polluting.

South West Water has forked out nearly £5million.

Fines include a record £2,150,000 imposed by a court last year for offences including dumping sewage in rivers, a beach and a nature reserve.
