For years there have been rumours swirling about how well the Loose Women panellists really get on behind closed doors. While for the most part the presenters appear to be friendly on-screen, we do sometimes see glimpses of tension as the fiery women get caught up in heated debates.
However, while many of the show's stars have tried their best to shut down feud rumours, insiders close to the show say otherwise, with one now telling Woman's Own that there's a battle between the older panellists and the younger ones.
"There's a huge divide between the older, classic Loose Women - Nadia Sawalha, Coleen Nolan, Janet StreetPorter, Ruth Langsford, etc - and the younger ones - Dame Kelly Holmes, Katie Piper, Frankie Bridge, Judi Love, etc,' they revealed. "The young ones refuse to get caught up in the drama. They turn up, do their job, take the cheque and go home.
You very rarely see them hang out with the others outside of the show." And with some of the older cast members previously making digs at the younger ones, it seems things perhaps aren't too rosy backstage at Loose Women.
OLD VS NEW
It may have been on our screens for over two decades, but the producers of Loose Women like to keep things fresh by constantly adding new talent to their roster of presenters. But this has meant that there are now two different camps on the hit ITV show.
