Dear readers,
in your hands you are holding the newest issue of My Herbs magazine – a summer issue packed with delicious recipes to pamper your taste buds. What could be a better way to spend a sunny Sunday than to invite the family, friends, or colleagues and impress them with some lovely, refreshing desserts, like grilled pineapple with banana-mint ice-cream or butter biscuits with lavender and almonds. A light meal like grilled tofu with salad will definitely be a success as well.

Have you ever tasted rose petals? They are delicious! Try out some of our recipes, such as the rose petal marmalade, and taste for yourself. Not only do they taste good, their beautiful aroma also has mood-lifting effects.

By the way, we have released a second special issue! It is called The Book of Mind, Body, and Herbs and it is a beautiful book, full of wisdom kindly provided by our three advisors – a psychologist, a physiotherapist, and an herbalist.
