After a long long time, Ranbir Kapoor finally decided to come clean about breakup with Katrina Kaif, his stance on social media and what he is as a person! Although post the sucess of Tamasha, he sort of went on a slight incognito mode and steered clear off the media. Well, even after reports of breakup with Katrina started doing the rounds, he didn’t say anything to further feed mongers about his personal life. However, in a tell-all interview with famous journalist, Rajeev Masand, the actor said way more about a lot of things that have always been a question of interest.
On a personal front
He states that he doesn’t owe the world or the media an explanation for the consequences of what happens between him and a person. And his answer is quite spot on as a lot of us believe in that, only difference being he’s a celebrity and we’re not!
On being emotionally distant: I don’t need to change the perception, don’t want you to know me as a person. The lesser you know about me, its better for me, you know. I don’t want you to know me as a person.
About him in a relationship: In my previous relationships, whatever relationships I’ve had, lot of things were spoken and I think there is a, you lose dignity in what you have, what you share with somebody. Because it becomes a news item. It becomes fodder for gossip.
