SPICY CAJUN POTATO WEDGES
Preheat a 5.3−litre air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Cut 1kg unpeeled kipfler potatoes into wedges. Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon ground oregano, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon hot paprika, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground coriander and ¼ teaspoon chilli powder in a large bowl. Add wedges; toss to coat. Keep temperature at 200°C; set timer for 15−20 minutes. Cook, turning once, until golden and cooked. Serve wedges sprinkled with oregano leaves and salt.
