With a base built for detox, time-out and meditation as well as Ayurveda medicine, this hotel supports the idea that our lives can be boosted by practicing simple regimes in our everyday lives. It seems simple enough, meditating and breathing every morning for five minutes: but what is it about our lives that stops us from taking that time to self-care? In actuality this kind of time will help us think quicker, feel happier and do more at work.
