In the first year of a new millennium, Oasis guitarist, songwriter, occasional lead vocalist and perennial motormouth Noel Gallagher invited TG to Wheeler End Studios just outside of London, where he had recently completed work on his band’s fourth album Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants.
With characteristic bluntness, Noel told us straight off the bat: “The new album is very good but not great. I think we can do better and probably will.”
