Giden Lim

When Giden Lim and his wife Penny Choo founded Bloom This in 2015, they were met with scepticism from industry veterans who questioned the motivations of two young entrepreneurs entering such a traditional space.

Nevertheless, Lim and Choo were driven by a vision to revolutionise the industry. They aimed to incorporate technology to streamline processes, improve customer communication, and enhance the overall online purchasing experience.

Additionally, Bloom This has taken an omnichannel approach by expanding its brand presence from the digital realm to the physical one by establishing three brick-and mortar stores in the Klang Valley.
