As the days get lighter and brighter we want to shake off the sluggish feeling of winter. This season’s issue of Optimum Nutrition looks at Ayurveda, and asks if ancient knowledge from the subcontinent could put a spring in our step. On the lighter side, we ask whether size is important when it comes to being satisfied, and if reducing plate sizes could tackle obesity without sacrificing satisfaction.

Out feature interview is with Mary Daniels – author, mentor and speaker – about how abuse during her childhood and controlling relationships contributed to body dysmorphia.
