Furious Prince Harry secretly confronted Donald Trump over the president’s shocking public insult of his wife, Meghan — sparking a crisis that rocked the palace!
GLOBE has learned in a blockbuster world exclusive the 34-year-old royal hothead refused to hold back after Trump called the Duchess of Sussex “nasty” just days before his official visit to the U.K.
“Harry told close pals he was determined to defend his wife and have it out with Trump,” says a high-level palace source.
“People tried to stop him, but he wouldn’t listen.
“He was seething the president dissed Meghan for her 2016 remarks blasting him as misogynistic and divisive and threatening to move to Canada if he was elected.
“The shocking showdown took place away from the cameras that recorded part of Trump’s visit to Buckingham Palace.
“Harry apparently confronted the president at the end of the private lunch thrown by the queen and senior royals.
“He approached Trump and said, ‘How dare you insult my wife! You should be ashamed of yourself!’
