TROUBLED talk show host Larry King suddenly collapsed — and fell on his hands and knees — while walking along a Beverly Hills street!

Now friends are terrified the 82-year-old’s cancer has returned — or he’s suffering from another killer disease.

As GLOBE’s shocking photos show, Larry took a nasty tumble and was saved from a dangerous face-plant by a woman who grabbed his arm.

But the Good Samaritan couldn’t completely break his fall. Dazed and stunned Larry landed on all fours — then struggled to get back to his feet during the Sept. 17 incident.
