The agreement was hammered out a year after he became the fourth husband of Elvis’ daughter in 2006, and the document signs away any claim the 57-year-old musician had on her megabucks inheritance — or alimony in the case of a divorce.
After the couple split, Lockwood was demanding an annual $263,000 in support — and whined to the judge he never read the post-nup, and if he had, “I wouldn’t have signed it!”
