More and more lately I have been hearing people comment to one and other whilst out riding, “you’re not 20 any more you know”. Which has gotten me thinking, how is a 40 something year old supposed to handle themselves whilst out razing along the trails?

DESPITE THE FACT I’VE LIVED IN TASMANIA ALL MY LIFE, IT TOOK ME TWENTY YEARS BEFORE I MADE IT TO THE WEST COAST. THIS ISN’T UNCOMMON.
