There seems to be no shortage of Sunrise drama this year, with the popular breakfast show always making headlines. And while the dust is finally settling on Samantha Armytage’s war with Natalie Barr, former co-host Melissa Doyle has now broken her silence about her time on the show!

In a candid new interview, Melissa, who co-hosted Sunrise from 2002 to 2013, revealed she had very few boundaries working at Channel 7 and admitted she should have “said no” more.

“It was just … it was really, really hard,” Mel said, admitting that raising two young children while working full-time was “gruelling”.
